I have worked as a psychotherapist for almost 20 years, in a variety of environments and with a diverse clientele.  In this time, I have thoroughly enjoyed the unique opportunity to accompany hundreds of clients on their exploration and healing journeys.

I am currently transitioning more professional attention, in the here and now, to teaching and writing, and thus, I am limiting my practice growth at this time.  As I am offering a handful of telehealth sessions, I continue to utilize my client-centered approach to therapy, where the therapist and client work together as partners to address client issues, with the main goal of helping clients cope with current distress, identify faulty thinking and unhealthy patterns of behavior, learn and assimilate new coping skills, and ultimately achieve desired change.

If you are interested in more information about my telehealth practice, please contact me at

If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please call 911 or the King County Crisis Line at 1-866-4-CRISIS.
